I love eating fruits and have them daily, but now everyone says some fruits are not good in pregnancy. Im in first trimester so being careful. Which ones should I actually avoid yaar?
Oh, I was so terrified of eating the wrong fruit that I googled every single thing! Unripe papaya is definitely a big NO because it can cause contractions. I also avoided pineapple completely just to be safe, even though some say ripe is fine. It’s better to be safe than sorry when you are worrying so much!
