Everyone in ghar keeps telling me dont eat this fruit dont eat that, papaya pineapple sab mana hai. Now im confused which ones are actually not safe. Can someone clear this pls?

Meri MIL ne mujhe kacha papita aur pineapple khane se bilkul mana kiya tha, bolte hain isse miscarriage ka dar hota hai. Ripe papaya is okay but avoid unripe ones totally.
I completely avoided pineapple and raw papaya throughout my nine months because of the risks. Rest of the fruits like apples and pomegranates are amazing for health, i had them daily.
