Which is best day for conceive after menstrual cycle?
My periods ended yesterday and we are planning properly from this month. I don't fully understand fertile window and ovulation day. Which days after period should we focus on?
Just a heads up, if your cycle is irregular like mine was with PCOS, the day calculation is tricky. I had to do follicular tracking with my doctor to know my real ovulation. Worth asking if periods arent regular.
I was figuring this out too. They say middle of your cycle is the time. I started using an ovulation app and it helped me track better than just guessing.
Download an ovulation tracker app, it predicts your fertile days based on your cycle length. Worked for me. If cycle is irregular though, the app guesses can be off, so a doc consult helps.
The fertile window is usually about 5 days mid cycle, so dont fixate on one single day. Just relax, eat well and let it happen naturally. Stress makes it harder.
We are also trying since few months. From what I read the days around middle of cycle are best. Take care of yourself and dont stress too much, that's what everyone keeps telling me.
Roughly the ovulation days, for a 28 day cycle it's around day 12 to 16 from the first day of period. That's your fertile window. But every body is different, mine was a bit late.
