Im in my 2nd trimester and so confused about what to eat daily. Everyone at ghar pe is telling me different things, koi kuch bolta hai koi kuch. Wanted to know what u all actually ate that helped, pls share.
Honestly, best food is jo aapko digest ho jaaye and gives you energy! Har pregnancy alag hoti hai na. Kuch bhi khaane ka mann kare jo healthy ho, toh bilkul khao. Just listen to your body and don't feel guilty about cravings, but try to balance them out with proper nutrients. Your baby will get what it needs.

Once that passed, I made sure to have lots of protein - paneer, eggs, sprouts. Definitely ask your doc about supplements too, if you're not eating enough.

My gynac just kept saying 'eat fresh and homemade' and I stuck to that mostly. It really helped with my energy levels, I felt.
See, generally, home-cooked, fresh food is always the best. Lots of greens, fruits, daal for protein. Try to avoid outside junk as much as possible, usmein kya-kya hota hai pata nahi na. For twins, the best food is... ANY food! 😂 Seriously, you need double the energy, so just focus on eating enough. My doc said to eat healthy, balanced meals, but also don't stress too much if you have a chocolate craving. I just kept munching on nuts and fruits when I could, aur baaki jo mere saamne aata tha. Haha.
