Planning to buy a kit tomorrow morning since my period is 3 days late. So many brands at the pharmacy and i have no clue which one gives accurate results. Which one did u trust?

I tried Prega News and i-can, both gave me the same result. The trick is more about timing than brand, test after a missed period and use morning urine for the clearest line. A blood test at the lab confirms it best.

Any standard kit works honestly, no need for the most expensive one. I bought i-can, it was cheap and accurate. If the line is faint, repeat after 2 days or get a beta hCG blood test for surety.

I used Prega News both times and it was clear and reliable. Honestly most branded kits from a proper pharmacy are accurate if you test with first morning urine. Dont test too early though, that gives false negatives.
