MIL keeps telling me about timing and all this for a boy. Honestly i dont know how much of it is true but everyone in the house is talking. Just wanted to know what others think about this.
I read so many of these timing theories when we started trying. In the end my doctor said just aim for the fertile window for chances of conceiving, gender cant be planned. Felt good to stop overthinking it.
Honestly there is no proven day to pick the gender, that is not how it works. Whatever theories float around have no real science. Just focus on tracking ovulation for conceiving and a healthy baby.
