We started trying this month and im a bit confused about the right days. My cycle is mostly regular, around 30 days. Anyone who conceived naturally, how did u figure out the timing?
The best time is your fertile window, around ovulation which is usually mid cycle if u have a 28 day cycle. Track your periods to find it. Having intercourse in those few days gives the best chance.

I used an ovulation tracker app and it predicted my fertile days quite accurately. It takes the guesswork out honestly. There are also ovulation strips u can use along with it to be more sure.
The 5 days leading up to ovulation and the day of are your best window. The egg lives only about a day but sperm can survive a few days. So a bit before ovulation is actually ideal timing.
