We just started trying this month and im honestly confused about timing. My cycle is thoda irregular so I never know which days are actually best. Anyone who can explain how u figured it out?
Don't buy those expensive kits and apps if u have regular periods. Just try on alternate days between day 10 to day 18 of your cycle. This is the most practical way without taking too much stress or spending extra money.
I don't know much about the exact medical side, but for me, we just tried around the middle of my cycle. I tracked using a simple calendar. It took us about 4 months, so don't stress too much about getting it perfect.
When we started trying, I felt so anxious every month. But then I realized tracking the ovulation window is the real key. It was such a magical feeling when the test finally came positive after we tracked it properly.
My MIL always said to keep a happy and peaceful mind first, and not stress about dates. She used to give me warm milk with almonds and told us to just relax. Actually, we conceived when we went on a small trip away from home stress.
Honestly, even I am planning right now and reading up so much on this. From what I know, the ovulation period which is around 12 to 14 days after your period starts is the best time. Good luck to us, hopefully we both get our good news soon!
