Morning mein I feel like having something fresh instead of plain water. Orange, pomegranate, sugarcane... so many options confusing me. Which ones do you all prefer in pregnancy?
I know how scary it is to choose the right food when you are constantly anxious. Fresh pomegranate or apple juice is really good, but try to avoid outside juices to prevent infections.
Coconut water and fresh mosambi juice are lifesavers, seriously. Don't stress too much, just make sure whatever juice you have is fresh and without outside ice!
Fresh home-made orange juice is good for vitamin C, but please make sure it is washed and made at home. Avoid raw or unpasteurized juices from outside to stay safe.
