Look, homemade juices are fine, but eating whole fruits is always better for fiber. If you must drink juice, avoid adding extra sugar and make it fresh at home.
Nutritionally, pasteurized or freshly made home juices like orange or pomegranate are great. But consult your doctor to see what fits your personal dietary needs.
