Everyone at home keeps telling me to drink more milk now that im pregnant. But there are so many options, cow, buffalo, packaged ones. Im in second trimester and confused which one is actually better. What do u all drink?
My MIL insisted on plain boiled cow milk daily and I just went with it. Whatever milk you like, just make sure it is well boiled or pasteurised. No raw milk at all.
Honestly any pasteurised milk that suits you is fine, cow or toned, just avoid raw unpasteurised. I added a little to my diet for calcium. Your doctor can suggest based on your needs.
