So many options in the market now, cow milk, buffalo, packet, A2 and all. I want to make sure im giving my body the best for the baby. Which one do u all prefer during pregnancy?
Honestly normal packet milk boiled well is perfectly good, no need for expensive special pregnancy milk powders. I saved that money for tests and the delivery. Plain dairy did the job.
I drank regular boiled cow milk twice a day and my doctor was happy with that. My family added a little kesar and elaichi to it later on. Just make sure it is well boiled, dear.
Pasteurised or properly boiled cow milk is the standard choice, full cream if you need the calories or toned if you are watching weight. Avoid raw unboiled milk completely. Two glasses a day worked well for me.
