This is my first pregnancy and im just 7 weeks, getting nervous reading everything online. Everyone keeps saying be extra careful in some months but no one says which exactly. when do u really need to be most cautious? pls share from experience.
In my case the early months were the tense ones because I had spotting. But really any time, if you notice bleeding, severe pain, high fever or reduced baby movement later on, that is when you must rush to the doctor. Stage matters less than spotting the warning signs.
I used to google this constantly and scare myself, dont do that to yourself. The early weeks are considered more delicate, yes, but danger isnt fixed to one month. Regular checkups matter more than worrying about which month. Be gentle with your mind.
Dont label any month as dangerous and stress yourself beta. The first three months just need extra rest and care. After that you usually feel much better. Watch for any warning signs and keep your appointments, thats all.
People usually say the first trimester, the first three months, needs the most care because risk of miscarriage is higher then. But honestly every stage needs care in its own way, not just one month. Take it easy early on and follow your doctor throughout.
My gynac said the first trimester carries higher miscarriage risk, and the last few weeks of the third trimester need attention for things like bp and movement. The middle, second trimester, is usually the most comfortable. So its not one dangerous month, its about being aware at each stage.
