Im in my 2nd month and everyone at home keeps telling me to be extra careful these days. Just wanted to know from you all which months are actually more risky na, so I can take more rest accordingly.
My doctor told me the first trimester is very delicate because the baby is developing so fast. For me, those first 12 weeks were hell because of continuous vomiting, couldn't even digest water. Just rest as much as you can in these early months and keep your gynac in loop.
I understand why u are asking this, the anxiety can be so real. For me, because of my IVF journey, every single week felt like a big milestone. Usually, doctors say the first 3 months need maximum precautions, so just take it one day at a time and trust your doc.
Honestly speaking, the first 3 months are a bit tricky, at least for me they were. I could not even look at my fav paneer tikka without feeling yucky! Now in my 5th month, I am just eating everything in sight, but yes, first trimester me thoda extra dhyan rakhna padta hai.
See, generally the first trimester till 12 weeks is considered critical, and then again the last month is important for labor. But honestly, every single month needs basic care. Just keep attending your gynac appointments regularly and you'll be totally fine, don't take stress.
Pehle ke teen mahine me heavy weights uthana and travel thoda avoid karna chahiye, simple rule hai. Main toh bas ghar ka healthy khana khati thi aur lamba travel avoid kiya tab tak. Gynac se consult karo and follow simple healthy habits.
