I was pretty active before pregnancy, used to do walks and light yoga. Stopped everything once i found out, was too scared in the early days. Now im 4 months and feeling better. Wondering when its okay to slowly start moving again?
If pregnancy is normal u can start gentle stuff like walking quite early, even first trimester. I did light walks and prenatal yoga but only after my gynac gave a green signal. Pls dont start anything without asking first.

Theres no one fixed month honestly, gentle exercise like walking can usually begin early in a healthy pregnancy. But intensity and type should be cleared by ur doctor first, every pregnancy is different.
