Which month to start exercise during pregnancy for normal delivery?
Really want a normal delivery this time and everyone says walking aur exercise helps. Im in 4th month now, is it the right time to start or should i wait? Pls share what worked for u.
I started regular walking from my second trimester once my morning sickness got better. Just make sure to check with your doctor before starting any prenatal yoga or exercises.
Even though I walked daily from the 4th month, I ended up having an emergency C-section due to some last-minute complications. So while exercise is great for stamina, please don't stress too much about normal delivery, a healthy baby is what matters.
You can start light walking from 4th month onwards, ho na. But always ask your doctor first to make sure there are no complications like a low-lying placenta.
Beta, don't start any heavy exercises without asking your doctor. Daily gentle walking for 20 minutes from the second trimester is more than enough to keep you active.
I am in my 5th month now and thinking of joining prenatal yoga classes. Is anyone else also scared of doing yoga in pregnancy? Let me know what your doctors advised.
Having PCOS made me very cautious, so I only started light walking after my gynac gave the green light around the 5th month. Don't push yourself too hard, safety of the baby comes first.
I was so scared to even walk in my first trimester thinking it might harm the baby! But my doctor reassured me that light walking is perfectly safe and actually helpful. I started active prenatal yoga in my 5th month.
