Im around 6 weeks and keep getting these small pulling pains, sometimes lower down sometimes more to the side. just trying to understand where exactly the normal early pregnancy pain is supposed to be so i dont panic over every twinge. will mention it to my gynac too.
I felt little pulls low down on both sides early on and got worried. Glad to know that lower belly area is common. Did others feel it more on one side too?
Mild lower tummy aches are usually okay, but please be careful with one sided sharp pain. I had that and it needed urgent attention. If the pain is intense or with bleeding, call your gynac right away.
My doctor said mild cramping low in the lower abdomen is common early on, often from the uterus stretching. It can be central or on the sides. But she warned that sharp one sided pain needs to be reported quickly, so dont ignore that.
