I am trying to understand fertile days but my cycle is not always same. Some months it comes after 28 days and sometimes 32, so I get confused when pregnancy chance is more. How do you ladies track it?
We just started trying and I learnt the fertile window is mid cycle, not during periods. It took me a bit to understand my own cycle honestly. An app helped me figure out the timing.
The fertile days are around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle, about 14 days before your next period. That's the best window to try. Track your cycle for couple months and it gets clearer.
I was confused about this too when we started trying. Basically not during periods, but the days around ovulation are the chances days. There are apps that calculate it for you, made it so much easier for me.
The middle of the cycle is the right time, that's when ovulation happens. If your periods are irregular it's harder to guess, so better get a quick advice from a gynac, they can guide you properly.
I used a period tracker app and it showed my fertile window automatically, around day 12 to 16 of my cycle. Just enter your period dates regularly. Worked for us in few months.
