Which position is safe for intercourse during pregnancy?
Im in my first tri and both of us are a little scared honestly. Dont want to harm the baccha in any way. Would love if someone can share what worked safely for them, thoda awkward to ask elsewhere.
I understand how confusing this can be, especially when you are already feeling sick and exhausted. Spooning is very low-effort and comfortable. Just make sure to stop immediately if you feel any discomfort or cramps.
Honestly, by the second trimester, spooning was the only thing that worked because of my massive belly! Now with the baby keeping me awake all night, sex is the last thing on my mind anyway. Just listen to your body and go slow.
Hey, don't stress too much about it! Side-lying or being on top is great because you can control the depth and pressure. Just enjoy this time, the baby is totally safe inside the amniotic sac, but go easy!
I am in my 2nd trimester and honestly too scared to try anything because of anxiety. My doctor said side-on-side or woman-on-top is safe if there are no complications. Did anyone else also feel super nervous about hurting the baby?
Any position where there is absolutely no pressure on your stomach is safe, like spooning or being on top. I had a very active pregnancy and normal delivery, and keeping things gentle and comfortable really helped us stay connected.
Please check with your doctor before doing anything, especially if you have had any bleeding, pain, or low-lying placenta. In my case, I was put on complete pelvic rest by my gynac. Safety of the baby comes first!
