If you mean the best fertile time, it is around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle. Those few days are your best chance. Tracking your cycle helps you spot the window.
The fertile window around mid cycle is the best time. Keep it relaxed and dont turn it into a chore. Both my pregnancies happened when I tracked my days and stayed calm.
