Me and hubby planning to start trying from next month. Everyone gives different advise about right time and right age and all. Just wanted real opinions from women here, what worked for you?
Im in the planning phase too and reading up on this. From what i gather the days right before and during ovulation are the most fertile. Was thinking of getting ovulation strips, anyone tried those?
If u mean trying to conceive, the fertile window is the few days around ovulation, roughly mid cycle. If u mean best age, generally 20s to early 30s is easiest, but honestly the perfect time is when u and ur partner feel ready.
Depends what u mean, fertile window in the cycle or best age overall. Either way if u r actively trying and want to optimise, a gynac can do a quick check and guide u on timing properly.
There's no single perfect time really, both age and your readiness matter. If you're trying now, focus on your ovulation days. And dont put too much pressure, sometimes that makes it harder. Take it easy.
I used an ovulation tracker app and it really helped me find my fertile days. For most women its around day 12-16 of a 28 day cycle. Track ur cycle for couple months, it makes timing so much easier.
