We are planning to start trying and my MIL is very particular about following the right tithi and panchang for it. Honestly i dont know much about this. Anyone who follows these things, can u guide which tithi is considered good?
I tracked my ovulation on an app and that is what actually helped us conceive. Tithi is more of a belief thing. Focus on your fertile window, usually around mid cycle, thats what matters science wise.
Honestly conception is about your ovulation window, not the tithi. If you want to follow tradition for comfort thats personal, but for actually conceiving track your fertile days or ask your gynac to help time it.
Many families follow tithi and auspicious days for their own peace of mind and there is no harm in that if it makes you feel positive. But conceiving really depends on your fertile days, so dont stress only on tithi.
My family also believes in good tithi and I respected that for peace at home. But my doctor gently explained its the fertile days that count. So follow both if you like, but timing your ovulation is the real key.
