Im around 6 weeks and noticing more discharge than usual, mostly whitish. Im a first time mom so i honestly dont know what's normal and what's not at this stage. Can u share what u experienced early on?
A thin milky white discharge with no strong smell is normal in early pregnancy, it increases due to hormones. I had it both times. But if it's green, smelly, with itching or any blood, then get it checked by your gynac.
Normal early discharge is white and mild. But please dont ignore if it turns yellow green, foul smelling, itchy or has blood, those need a doctor. I had an infection once that needed treating, so better safe.
I felt a bit worried seeing more discharge early on, but it was the normal milky white kind. Once I knew that, I relaxed. Just stay clean and dry and use cotton underwear, it helped me feel comfortable.
