Im in my first trimester and honestly i have no clue what to eat. My saas keeps giving me ghee and dry fruits but i want to know what all is actually good for the baccha. Pls share what worked for u all.
I used to panic about every single bite I took, thinking is this safe or not! But honestly, normal ghar ka khana like roti, dal, sabzi is perfectly fine and safe. Just eat fresh food and relax, your baby is safe.
I am in my 2nd trimester now and always worry if my diet is enough for the baby. I am trying to eat more dry fruits and milk, but do u guys also feel anxious about missing out on nutrients?
Haan, pregnancy mein green veggies aur milk products bahut important hain na. Apple, pomegranate aur dry fruits bhi roz khao. Par heavy oily khana avoid karna to stay active.
Focus on iron and calcium rich foods, but please get your thyroid and blood tests done regularly too. I had thyroid issues during pregnancy and diet needs to be supported by proper doctor follow-ups.
Honestly, keep it simple. Load up on protein like paneer, eggs, and green veggies. Avoid junk food and outside food as much as possible, rest your gynac will give u proper supplements anyway.
Personally, I ate lots of fresh fruits, curd, and simple ghar ka khana like dal chawal. I am not a doctor so won't give medical advice, but homemade simple food worked best for my digestion.
