Trying to fix my diet properly now that im pregnant. I want to add more veggies but get confused about which ones are actually best for this time. Pls share what u all eat regularly.
My amma always made me eat lots of green leafy veggies like palak and methi for iron. Carrots, beans, pumpkin all good too. But wash everything really well, that part my gynac stressed a lot.
Just eat a mix of everything coloured, no single magic vegetable. Greens for iron, beans and broccoli for fibre, helps with constipation too. Variety is the real trick.
Beta in our home we always gave bottle gourd, lauki ki sabzi, very light on the stomach. Spinach for blood. Just make sure it is cooked properly, raw salads thoda carefully.
