First trimester chal raha hai and im confused about my diet. Heard some sabzis should be avoided like papaya etc but not sure which all. Can someone list what to skip? Dont wanna take any risk.

I avoided raw sprouts and unwashed leafy greens completely because of the risk of infections. When you have a history like PCOS, you just want to be extra careful with food hygiene.
Honestly, just avoid anything raw like salads from outside. I had terrible nausea, so I only ate well-cooked, hot homemade veggies which was much safer and easier to digest.
