Currently in my second trimester and my saas keeps adding ghee to everything but I want to focus more on sabzi. Confused which veggies are actually good and which ones to limit. Pls share what you all eat daily.
Green leafy vegetables like palak and methi are very good for you and the baby. Just have simple home-cooked sabzi with roti daily. Take care and eat well.
Look, keep it simple and eat whatever green veggies are in season. Palak, lauki, tinda, and beans are excellent for folic acid and iron. Wash them properly before cooking, that's what matters most.
Focus on iron-rich and fiber-rich vegetables like spinach, carrots, beetroot, and sweet potatoes. My doctor always said a colorful plate means the baby gets all kinds of nutrients. Don't overthink, just eat fresh ghar ka khana daily.
Eat pure, sattvik foods like fresh green vegetables, pumpkin, and bottle gourd which bring positive energy to you and your baby. Keep a happy mind while eating, and God will bless your little one with good health. Take care.
I would highly recommend green leafy vegetables and high-fiber ones like broccoli or beans. Constipation after my C-section was so tough to handle, and these veggies really helped keep my bowel movements smooth. Gentle healing starts with good food.
Adding drumsticks (sahjan) and spinach to my diet really built up my iron and nutrient levels during pregnancy. It also helped me transition easily into breastfeeding later because my body wasn't depleted of vitamins. Just make sure you cook them well.
My pregnancy tracker app always recommended green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, and bell peppers for their high folate and vitamin C content. It really helped me log my nutrition goals daily to make sure my baby was growing perfectly.
I have started reading about this and I think spinach, beetroot, and sweet potatoes are supposed to be very good for fertility and pregnancy. I am trying to add these quietly to our daily meals now. Hope this helps you too.
Dear, please try to include leafy greens, carrots, and bottle gourd (lauki) in your daily meals. They are very gentle on the stomach and give the baby all the necessary vitamins. Take care of yourself, you are doing great.
I felt so much better physically when I started eating boiled beetroot and palak soup during my second trimester. Honestly, before that I was so exhausted, but adding these fresh veggies really gave me my energy back.
