I keep hearing warm water, boiled water, copper bottle water, alkaline water and now I am confused. I just want to stay hydrated safely. What water did you drink daily during pregnancy?
No need to spend on fancy mineral water bottles honestly. A good RO filter or just boiled and cooled water at home works perfectly and saves a lot of money. The main thing is its clean.
We just boil the water and let it cool, drink that. Most important is it should be clean so no stomach infection. Drink enough water also, it helps a lot.
Just clean safe drinking water yaar, nothing fancy needed. Filtered or boiled water is best so you dont catch any infection. Thats what i stuck to both pregnancies.
Any clean, safe water is fine, RO filtered or properly boiled. Avoid water you arent sure about when travelling. If you ever have doubts about your water source, your doctor can guide you, but generally clean is all that matters.
I just used our home RO and tracked my intake on an app, aimed for about 8-10 glasses a day. The type of water matters less than it being clean and you staying hydrated, thats what really helps with cramps and constipation.
