Just found out im pregnant, must be around 5 weeks. So far feeling totally normal which is making me a little anxious actually. When did the nausea kick in for u all, kis week se start hua?
Nausea, or 'morning sickness', often kicks in around the 6th week of pregnancy for many, and can last till the second trimester. It's important to try and eat small, frequent meals even then, especially if you're managing things like blood sugar. Don't let nausea make you skip meals.
From my experience, my morning sickness began around the 6th week mark. It was quite persistent for a few weeks after that. It's different for every woman though, so it's hard to say exactly for everyone. Just sharing my own timeline.
Arey beti, nausea ka koi pakka time nahi hota. Kisi ko jaldi, kisi ko thoda der se. Mostly 6th week ke aas paas shuru ho jaati hai, aur phir 12th week tak rehti hai. Sabke shareer alag hote hain na. Bas himmat rakho.
For me, I felt the first wave of nausea creep in around 5 and a half to 6 weeks. It was so confusing at first, then I realized what it was. It felt like a constant queasy feeling, sometimes worse in the morning. Everyone's experience is unique, but that's when it hit me.
Oh, the infamous 'morning sickness'! 😂 For me, it started like a surprise party around week 6 and stayed for ages. But some lucky ducks don't get it till week 8 or later, or even not at all! It's like a lottery, you never know when you'll win the nausea prize. Hang in there!
I'm still planning my pregnancy, so this question is really on my mind! I hear so many different things about when nausea starts. It seems like it's generally around 6 weeks for many. Good to mentally prepare for it, I guess!
