Every month I track dates and still my period comes. It has been 9 months and I am starting to feel very low. What tests did your doctor suggest when it was not happening?
I totally understand how painful this question feels each month. You are not alone in this. Please be gentle with yourself. A proper consult with your doctor will give you clarity and a real plan forward.
I know how heavy this feels, I've been there. There can be many reasons, timing, hormones, sometimes nothing obvious. Please dont blame yourself. A check up for both you and your partner really helps find answers.
Stay hopeful and take care of yourself, sometimes it just takes its own time. Eat well, sleep well, keep the stress low. And do consult a good gynac so you get proper guidance along the way.
Beta, dont lose heart. So many things affect this and most are treatable. Stress also plays a role na, so try to stay calm. Best to sit with a gynac who can guide you properly with tests.
We are also trying and it can feel discouraging some months. My doc said it can take time even for healthy couples, sometimes upto a year. If it's been long though, maybe both of you get checked.
There can be plenty of reasons, ovulation timing, hormones, partner's side too. Dont keep guessing or stressing alone. Both of you should do basic fertility tests, that's the practical way to find out.
It took me a while too because of PCOS, so I understand the worry. Reasons vary a lot, dont assume the worst. Getting basic tests and tracking ovulation with your gynac is a good first step.
