Im around 14 weeks and lately my breasts itch so much, specially at night it gets worse. The skin feels kind of stretched too. Is this a normal pregnancy thing or should i mention it to my gynac? anyone else had this?
Itchy breasts are super common, the skin stretches as they grow so it gets dry and itchy. I just kept them moisturised with a mild cream and it helped a lot. Wear soft cotton bras, no tight ones.
Mine got itchy as they grew bigger preparing for milk, totally normal. A gentle unscented moisturiser worked well for me. Just avoid scratching, pat instead if it bothers you.
Coconut oil or a simple moisturiser helped my dry itchy skin a lot. But if you ever see a rash, severe itching all over, or anything spreading, do tell your gynac, that can be different. For normal dryness, just keep it hydrated.
