Why are omega 3 fatty acids important during pregnancy?
My doc added an omega 3 supplement this month and I just took it without asking why, haha. Now im curious what it actually does for the baccha. Can someone explain in simple words?
Omega 3? Honestly, by the end, I just remembered to eat whatever my MIL put in front of me, haha! But my gynac did mention it's good for baby's brain and eyes. Anything to make them smarter than me after 2 hours of sleep, right?
My doctor really stressed on Omega 3s. She said they are crucial for the baby's brain development, especially in the last trimester, and also for their eyesight. I took supplements and tried to eat more fish, as advised by her.
Oh, Omega 3s are so important for baby's brain and vision! I was actually trying to get more salmon and walnuts in my diet, but then the cravings for chaat took over, haha. Still, I tried my best to include healthy fats!
Omega 3s are generally recommended as they play a role in baby's development. It's so important to follow all dietary advice carefully during pregnancy. I always made sure to ask my doctor about every supplement after my previous experience, just to be extra safe.
Yaar, my gynac was always saying Omega 3 is super important, especially for the baby's brain. Like, for their smartness and all! Actually, it's also good for their eyes. She said salmon, flax seeds... but I mostly relied on the supplement she gave, for convenience.
I've been reading that Omega 3s are very good for the baby's brain and eye development. It makes sense to start preparing our bodies even before conception, so I'm trying to include them in my diet now.
