My first pregnancy was so smooth but this time im struggling with everything, nausea, tiredness, mood. Makes me wonder why its so different. Anyone else had two very different pregnancies?
Some are harder because of underlying things like thyroid, BP, sugar or other conditions, mine was tougher due to complications. If yours feels unusually hard, keep close contact with your gynac so they can support u through it. Dont just push through silently.
Honestly every pregnancy is different even for the same woman. My first was rough with nausea, my second was a breeze, same body. Hormones, health, stress and even the baby all play a part. So dont compare yours to anyone else's.
Beta, it's just nature, no two journeys are the same and it's nobody's fault. Some sail through, some struggle, both are valid. Lean on your people, rest when u can, and trust your doctor. You'll get through this, I promise.
I totally understand how disheartening it feels when yours is tough and others seem fine. Mine was really hard and I felt so alone in it. Please be gentle with yourself, your body is doing something huge. You're not doing anything wrong, it just varies.
