I saw some spotting today and im just 6 weeks, my heart sank honestly. Not heavy but enough to scare me. Im calling my gynac first thing tomorrow but cant stop worrying tonight. Did anyone have bleeding early and things were ok?
I went through this and I know how terrifying it feels. Please dont wait or read scary things online, just call your doctor and go in. Sometimes its nothing, sometimes they want to monitor. Either way you deserve to be checked, sending you a hug.
Bleeding in early pregnancy can have many reasons, some harmless like implantation spotting and some not. Please dont self diagnose, call your gynac the same day, especially if its heavy or with cramps. Mine needed a scan to check and it gave peace of mind.

My doctor explained light spotting can happen from implantation or a sensitive cervix and is often okay. But she stressed that any bleeding should be reported so they can rule out other causes with a scan. So light or heavy, please tell your doctor.
I had a tiny bit of spotting early and panicked so much, did others too? Mine turned out fine after a scan. But I really think you should get it checked rather than worrying alone like I did.
