Why blood is coming while vomiting during pregnancy?

Ive been throwing up a lot this whole week and today i noticed some streaks of blood in it which scared me. Im 9 weeks. Calling my doctor tomorrow morning but really worried, has anyone gone through this?

Beta dont panic but dont ignore it either. Sometimes heavy vomiting tears tiny vessels in the throat, but blood is something a doctor must see in pregnancy. Go get checked properly.

Please call your doctor about this, dont keep it for later. Blood in vomit needs to be checked properly, it could be just irritation from too much vomiting but only doc can confirm. Take care, do it today itself.

I had really bad vomiting and once or twice there were small streaks of blood, my gynac said the throat lining gets sore from constant retching. But she still wanted to see me. So pls get checked, dont just go by what i say.
