Noticed the skin around there has gone really dark since maybe 3rd month. Its not painful or anything but i was a bit surprised. Is this normal for everyone or just me?
It's completely normal, it's actually due to increased melanin and helps baby see the breast clearly when they are newborn. I had the same thing, and once you start breastfeeding, you won't even think about it.
Haha, welcome to the pregnancy hormone club! My nipples turned almost black and I freaked out, but it's just nature's way of helping the baby find the milk source later. Don't worry, it fades a bit after delivery.
Darkening of the nipples and areola is very normal due to hormonal changes. However, if you feel any severe pain, unusual lumps, or see abnormal discharge, please get it checked by your doctor right away.
I totally understand how shocking these body changes can be, dear! It is just beautiful hormones preparing your body to feed your sweet little baby, so try to embrace it.
It's just hormones doing their thing, like how they make us crave spicy chaat one day and sweet kheer the next! Nothing to worry about, it's just a normal pregnancy symptom.
