My breasts itch so much lately, especially at night it gets bohot irritating. Im around 4 months and didnt expect this. Is this normal or something to worry about?
i was so worried it might be some skin infection and kept googling it day and night. thankfully it was just dry skin stretching, but please make sure there is no rash and keep it moisturized.
my mother-in-law told me it is because the skin is stretching as breasts prepare for milk. i used pure coconut oil which helped, but do check with your doctor if it becomes too severe.
