Ever since the test turned positive my breasts feel so sore and heavy, even putting on a bra hurts a bit. Im around 6 weeks. Is this normal in early days and does it settle down later?
Its your body getting ready for breastfeeding, the milk glands are developing so it feels sore and heavy. I remember this stage well. A good supportive bra even at night really eases it. Its all preparation for baby.
Its the hormones, your breasts are gearing up for milk so they get tender, fuller and sore. Totally normal sign actually. Wear a comfy non wire bra and avoid pressing them. Settles down with time.
I felt this so much in the beginning, even a hug used to hurt. Its the hormones preparing your body for feeding the baby. It got better after first trimester for me. A soft supportive bra helped a lot.
This is very normal beta, my mother told me its the body preparing for the baby. The soreness comes with all the hormone changes. It eased once I switched to soft cotton bras. If you ever feel a hard lump or unusual pain though, do mention to your doctor.
Oh the sore boobs phase, nobody warns you about that na! Its just hormones doing overtime to prep for milk duty. I basically banned everyone from coming near them for a while, haha. It calms down, hang in there.
