In my experience, chakkar usually happens if your sugar levels drop or if you stand up too quickly. Try keeping some biscuits next to your bed and have one before getting up.
I felt so dizzy during my first trimester, once I almost fainted in the kitchen! I felt so scared for my baby, but my doctor said it's just blood pressure dipping. Please drink lots of water and don't skip meals.
I am still trying to conceive, but my sister told me she used to get chakkar in early pregnancy because of hormonal changes. It's better to rest and stand up slowly to avoid falling.
With my severe morning sickness, I couldn't keep food down and got terrible chakkar constantly. Try to sip lemonade or coconut water, but please check with your gynac if you can't stand at all.
With two babies growing inside, my blood flow was all over the place, so chakkar was my daily partner! Keep your hydration game strong, and carry a small snack everywhere you go.
