Why cramp occurs in stomach after few days of conceiving?
we just found out and im barely few days in but getting these light cramps on and off, kind of like before periods. its making me a bit anxious tbh. is this a normal early thing?
I felt these little cramps right at the start and got so scared thinking something is wrong. My gynac said its the embryo implanting and the uterus stretching, totally normal early on. It calmed me down so much to hear that.
I know how scary any cramp feels, especially early. Mild ones are often just normal implantation. But because of my past I always got mine checked, and I'd gently say if you feel heavy cramping or any bleeding, dont wait, see your gynac.
Light cramps early on are normal, uterus is making space. Both times I had this. Rest a bit, stay hydrated. Only worry if its severe or there's spotting, then doc straight away.
My doctor explained the early cramps are usually implantation and the uterus beginning to expand. Mild, period-like cramping is common in the first weeks. But she warned me if its sharp, one-sided, or with bleeding then call immediately, so keep that in mind.
Arre this is so common in the first few days, your body is just adjusting. Dont stress too much over mild pulling type cramps. Just keep an eye and if it gets bad call your doc.
