Arey, it's just due to the tight skin of your growing belly. If it rubs against your clothes and hurts, just apply a little coconut oil or vaseline ghar pe.
It's just the expanding uterus pushing your abdomen forward, completely normal. Just wear loose cotton clothes because sometimes the popped out button rubs against tight fabric and gets itchy.
