Im in 6th month and noticed they have changed shape and feel heavier and lower already. Honestly didnt expect this so early. Does this happen to everyone, will it go back after delivery?
Beta it happens to everyone, it's just the breasts filling up and stretching for milk. Wear a comfy supportive bra and it stays better. It's a sign your body is doing its job for the baby.
It's the hormones and the change in size, plus after feeding they change again. Totally normal mama. A well fitted maternity bra and moisturising the skin helped me a lot. Dont feel bad about it, every body does this.
