My first baby is now one and i stopped feeding a while ago. They have gone much smaller than before pregnancy and it kind of bothers me. is this normal for everyone or just me?
After I stopped breastfeeding mine got smaller and softer than before, its very normal. The milk tissue shrinks once feeding ends and hormones settle. It evened out a bit over time for me, dont worry.
I felt a bit sad about the changes in my body too, so I totally get it. The shrinking happens as the milk producing tissue reduces after pregnancy and feeding. Be kind to yourself, our bodies did something amazing.

Its the hormones and milk tissue settling back after feeding stops. Mine changed after both kids, totally normal. A good supportive bra honestly makes a big difference in how they look and feel.
