Why do cramps occur during pregnancy?

I keep getting these mild pulling cramps in my lower pet, esp when i turn in bed. Im 14 weeks and no bleeding or anything, but thoda tension ho jata hai every time. Why does this happen, is it just the body adjusting?

Usually body stretch hoti hai so mild cramps are common. But agar pure din heavy cramps ho, to directly contact your gynac, don't wait.

Please don't ignore severe cramps. I had mild ones which were normal, but if pain is sharp or you see spotting, immediately check with your doc.

Relax dear, our uterus is growing so mild cramps are quite natural. Just rest a bit and drink water, but do call your gynac if it doesn't go away.

Dekho, thoda bohot stretching pain normal hai kyuki baby grow kar raha hai. Par jyada dard ho to seedha doctor ke paas jao, self-treat mat karo.
