Your body is making a whole human, of course you will feel exhausted! Just take a 20-minute power nap in the afternoon and keep drinking coconut water to stay hydrated.

This exhaustion is real because your body is preparing for a lot of changes. Even after my C-section, I realized how important resting early on was for my recovery. Don't push yourself too hard.
Fatigue is very common, but also check your blood sugar levels once. I had gestational diabetes and sudden extreme exhaustion was sometimes related to my sugar spikes, so keep an eye on that.
