Im in my third trimester and i feel like a heater all the time, fan on full and still sweating while everyone else is comfortable. Is this just a pregnancy thing or should i mention it to my gynac? anyone else feeling this?
Its the extra blood volume and hormones, super common. Wear loose cotton, keep hydrated and dont rush around in the heat. Both my pregnancies were like this, it settles after delivery.
Feeling warm is normal in pregnancy yeah. But if you ever get an actual fever, or feel dizzy or your face swells up with the heat, please dont ignore it and call your gynac. For just feeling hot, stay cool and drink water.
Omg I felt the same, like a heater inside me all the time! It is the increased blood flow and hormones, totally normal. I literally slept with the fan on full even in winter. You are not alone in this.
Girl welcome to the club, I am basically a walking furnace right now. More blood, more hormones, your body is working overtime. I just keep cold water around and bully everyone over the AC remote lol.
This is very normal na, the body heat goes up because of the baby and hormones. My mom told me to drink coconut water and have buttermilk to feel cooler, it helped me. If anything feels too much, do tell your doctor.
