Im in my first tri and honestly i feel so drained out all the time, even small chores make me tired. Eating thoda less because of nausea also. Is this weakness normal in these months or should i ask my gynac? pls share.
Your body is doing the sacred work of creating a new life, so it is bound to feel tired. Eat fresh home-cooked meals, listen to calm music, and accept this phase with patience. Take care of yourself.
I used to feel so weak, but then I realized I wasn't eating enough small meals throughout the day. Your blood sugar can drop quickly now. Keep munching on dry fruits and make sure you're resting enough.
Feeling weak can sometimes be a sign of low BP, anemia, or other issues that need medical attention. I had a lot of weakness due to severe dehydration, and my doctor had to adjust my supplements. Please consult your gynac to run basic blood tests.
Weakness is very common due to hormonal surges, especially progesterone. But please get your hemoglobin and vitamin D/B12 levels checked, as deficiency is a major cause. Keep your doctor updated about how tired you feel.
Welcome to the club! Baby is basically taking all your energy to grow, leaving you feeling like a deflated balloon. Just make sure you are taking your iron supplements and sneaking in regular naps whenever possible.
It’s completely normal because your blood volume increases dramatically during pregnancy, which takes a lot of effort from your heart. Try to have coconut water, fresh fruits, and don't skip your daily protein. It gets better, hang in there!
