Im in my second trimester and i feel hungry like every 2 hours, even right after eating a full meal. Sometimes i feel embarrassed how much im eating. Is this normal or should i be careful, anyone else like this?
It is normal to feel more hungry, just be a little mindful of what you snack on. I had sugar issues so I leaned on protein and fiber instead of sweets. Keeps you full longer too.
Honestly I was hungry every two hours, my fridge was scared of me haha. Your body is feeding two now so its normal. I just kept healthy snacks ready so I wasnt reaching for junk all the time.
Totally normal, your metabolism is working overtime. I kept fruits, nuts and chana in my bag for office so the hunger didnt catch me off guard. Small frequent meals are easier than three big ones.
