Im 7 weeks and the nausea is killing me, har subah I feel like throwing up even on empty stomach. Just wanted to understand actually why this happens during pregnancy. is it the same for everyone or only some?
Yeh sab toh kudrat ka niyam hai, beti. Jab naya jeevan banta hai toh thodi takleef toh hoti hai. Apne hormones ki wajah se hi hota hai. Bas positive raho, achhe se khayal rakho apna aur bhagwan pe bharosa rakho.
Oh, that nauseous feeling! I remember it well. It's mostly the hormones playing tricks with your system, making you more sensitive to smells and generally unsettled. Try small, frequent meals and ginger tea, it helped me a bit.
It's typically due to the surge in pregnancy hormones like HCG and estrogen. Your body is adapting to a new state. Keep yourself hydrated, eat small, frequent meals, and avoid strong smells. It usually subsides by the second trimester.
I remember those days so clearly. It feels never-ending, doesn't it? It's your body working so hard, creating life, and those hormones are just intense. Hang in there, mama, it will get better. You're doing an amazing job.
Meri saas ji toh kehti thi ki yeh sab hormonal badlav ki wajah se hota hai. Aur haan, yeh bhi kehte hain ki baby ki growth ke liye achha hai. Toh bas thoda sabar karo, yeh time bhi nikal jayega.
Oh, I totally felt that too, like all day long, not just morning! It felt like my stomach was always churning. My doctor said it was all the new hormones flooding my body. It's so hard but remember it's for your little one.
Ugh, I'm going through this right now, and it's terrible! My doctor said it's totally normal because of all the pregnancy hormones. Does anyone else get it even at night? It's not just morning for me!
Vomiting during pregnancy, often called morning sickness, is primarily due to the rapid increase in hormones, especially HCG and estrogen. It's a very common experience. While uncomfortable, it's usually a sign of a healthy pregnancy. If it becomes severe, causing dehydration, do consult your doctor for management options.
Why? Because pregnancy is basically a cruel joke from your hormones, that's why! Haha. Seriously though, it's all those lovely pregnancy hormones messing with your digestive system. Just survive it, mama, that's the only trick!
Yaar, don't stress too much about the vomiting. It's super normal. Everyone gets it because of all the crazy hormones your body produces for the baby. Just try eating bland stuff and small meals. It passes, trust me!
