Why does lower back pain occur in early pregnancy?
Im only 7 weeks but my kamar is paining already, thought back pain comes later in pregnancy. Is it normal this early? Anyone else had it in the beginning? Bit worried na.
I felt this dull lower back ache right from my 6th week and got so scared. I realized my body was already changing and preparing for the baby. Resting with a pillow under my knees helped me a lot.
Hormonal changes loosen up everything to support the growing womb, which causes this ache. I remember feeling this early on. Make sure you maintain good sitting posture now, it will help you during long breastfeeding sessions later.
It's usually due to the progesterone hormone relaxing your ligaments. Try keeping a pillow behind your back or using a warm compress. But if the pain is very severe or accompanied by bleeding, please contact your doctor immediately.
It is just the body preparing your pelvic area for the baby. I had mild back pain too, but keeping active with light walks helped strengthen my muscles for a normal delivery. Stay positive, it gets better!
Hormones relax your joints, causing pain. Don't waste money buying expensive pregnancy pillows right away, just use regular household cushions for support. Keep your savings for the mandatory scans.
Actually, it is super common in early weeks because of the hormone relaxin, yaar. My back used to ache like crazy even before my bump showed. Just take it easy and don't stand for too long.
Your body is expanding and releasing hormones to loosen your joints. With twins, my back felt like a creaky old wooden door from day one! Get a nice back massage from your partner, you deserve it.
